These Terms govern your use of ImageToVideoPrompt.org. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ImageToVideoPrompt.org provides free browser-based prompt composition, curated prompt examples, and an AI-assisted Image Description Generator. The generated material is intended to help you prepare prompts for third-party image-to-video tools. We may change, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
No public account, subscription, checkout, or paid plan is currently offered on this site. Links to external products are separate services and do not make their operators part of ImageToVideoPrompt.org.
Your images and text
You retain your rights in images and text you provide. You give us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy the limited permission needed to process that material and return the requested result.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your material. Do not submit illegal content, intimate imagery without consent, content that exploits minors, malicious files, or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Acceptable use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You may not:
- abuse, overload, probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or daily limits;
- automate requests in a way that harms availability for other visitors;
- misrepresent AI-generated or edited material in a deceptive or unlawful way;
- use the service to infringe rights, harass others, or facilitate illegal acts;
- copy or republish substantial portions of our original site content as a competing service.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, or other users.
AI output and user responsibility
Image descriptions and prompt suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular model. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Review and edit every result before relying on it, and follow the rules of whichever third-party video service you use.
We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce a particular video, that a third-party service will accept it, or that generated material will be free of third-party claims.
Intellectual property
The site's original design, explanatory content, and curated prompt collections are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the site or its branding. Rights in your own input remain with you, subject to the processing permission above.
Availability and third parties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, limits, network failures, or third-party providers. OpenRouter, model providers, analytics services, and externally linked tools operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ImageToVideoPrompt.org will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
